The purpose of this Organization shall be

• To foster the growth of the biomedical sciences major student body in an academic and social setting with involvement of all classes as well as faculty.
• To promote the biomedical sciences major as an esteemed field of study at Marquette University and in the process provides students with many different career paths to choose from due to the diverse scientific background the major provides.
• To take an active role in the Marquette and Milwaukee community through science education and science oriented service opportunities.
• To create an active student body with the major to develop a close-knit student, faculty, and alumni network.
• To enhance the Marquette University experience by   encouraging members to adopt the ideals of faith,       leadership, excellence and service.
